Long life up to 50,000 hours. The G13 male end caps fit into existing fixture. You can either bypass or disconnect the ballast in the fixture. Up to 1500 Lumen output. The end caps are not rotatable. Since the tubes are LED the tube takes no time to warm up like a old florescent tube. By removing the ballast you also save around 10 watts of constant power drain and some extra heat with the fixture being on. The 15 watt LED tube is comparable to a 25 to 35 watt fluorescent tube. Since the led tubes operate cool you save on power savings with less AC required to cool the room. The tube is made of plastic and metal materials. The PFC>0.90 and CRI>80.
