There is a electronic printed circuit board inside that controls the dimming function. You cannot take resistance reading due to the electronic circuitry. Use with 67452 and 94350 to use with 65987 power supply and low voltage LED tube light or any low voltage 12 VDC load less than 8 amps. When using 67452 and/or 94350 with 65987 the wire with the dashed line will be +12 VDC for both 67452 and/or 94350. CE and Rohs.
